Signing In to Hestiaa

Sign in to your Hestiaa account using your registered email address and password.

Step 1: Open the Sign In screen

Open the Hestiaa app and navigate to the Sign In screen.

If you don't have an account yet, select Sign Up to create one.

Step 2: Enter your login details

Enter the email address and password associated with your Hestiaa account.

Tap Sign In to access the app.

Make sure:

• You use the email address associated with your account.
• Your password is entered correctly.
• There are no accidental spaces in your email address.

Step 3: Use Remember Me (optional)

Select Remember Me if you want the app to remember your sign-in details or session, according to its supported behaviour.

Leave it unchecked if you prefer not to use this option.

Continue as a guest

If you want to explore Hestiaa without signing in, select Continue as a guest on the Sign In screen, if available.

Guest access may not include all features available to registered users.

Troubleshooting sign-in issues

I entered my email and password, but I cannot sign in.

Check that your email address and password are correct, then try again.

I forgot my password.

Select Forgot Password? on the Sign In screen and follow the instructions. For detailed steps, see Resetting Your Password.

The app does not respond when I tap Sign In.

Check your internet connection, close and reopen the app, and try again.

I still cannot access my account.

If the problem persists, contact Hestiaa Support and include the error message you see.
