Resetting Your Hestiaa Password

Forgot your password? You can reset it using the Forgot Password? option on the Hestiaa Sign In screen.

Step 1: Open Forgot Password

1. Open the Hestiaa app.
2. Navigate to the Sign In screen.
3. Tap Forgot Password?.

Step 2: Enter your email address

Enter the email address associated with your Hestiaa account.

Check that the email address is correct, then follow the on-screen instructions to request a password reset.

Step 3: Verify your email address

Check your inbox for the verification code.

1. Retrieve the code from your email.
2. Enter it in the Hestiaa app.
3. Follow the instructions to continue resetting your password.

If you don't receive the code, check your spam or junk folder and confirm that you entered the correct email address. Request another code if the app provides that option.

Step 4: Create a new password

Follow the on-screen instructions to set a new password.

Choose a password that meets the requirements displayed in the app. Hestiaa's account creation screen specifies a minimum of 8 characters.

Submit the new password and follow any remaining instructions to complete the reset.

Step 5: Sign in with your new password

Return to the Sign In screen and enter your registered email address and new password.

Tap Sign In to access your account.

Troubleshooting password reset issues

I haven't received the verification code.

Check your email address and spam or junk folder. Request another code if the app allows it.

My verification code isn't accepted.

Check that you entered the code correctly. If it has expired, request a new one if that option is available.

I still can't reset my password.

Contact Hestiaa Support and include the error message you see. Do not share your password or verification code with anyone.
