Getting Started with Hestiaa

Hestiaa lets you access its supported features from your smartphone. Follow this guide to create your account and complete the initial setup.

Step 1: Open Hestiaa and choose your language

Open the Hestiaa app on your smartphone and tap Get Started on the welcome screen.

Select your preferred language from the available options and continue.

Step 2: Create your account

Select Sign Up to create a new account.

Enter the requested details:

  • Name: Enter your name.
  • Email: Enter your email address.
  • Password: Create a password containing at least 8 characters.

Read the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions linked on the registration screen, and select both required consent checkboxes.

Tap Sign Up to submit your registration details.

Hestiaa account registration uses an email address and password.

Already have an account? Select Sign In instead.

Step 3: Verify your email address

Email verification is mandatory for every new account.

  1. Check your inbox for the verification code.
  2. Enter the code in the Hestiaa app.
  3. Complete verification to proceed.

If you don't receive the verification code

  • Confirm that you entered the correct email address.
  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Request a new code if the app provides that option.
  • If you request multiple codes, use the latest valid code.

You must verify your email address before proceeding to Terms and Privacy Consent.

Step 4: Review Terms and Privacy Consent

After verifying your email address, review the Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions presented in the app.

Open the relevant documents using the provided links, read them carefully, and complete the required consent step to continue.

Step 5: Complete the initial setup

Follow the remaining on-screen instructions to finish setting up your account and proceed into Hestiaa.
